promoting health and social welfare, namely-- advertising and promoting public awareness of the need for health and social welfare; advertising and promoting public awareness of the need for reform of health and social welfare laws; and advertising and promoting public awareness of the need for nurseries and day care centers, charitable services such a providing food clothing, and/or medicine, convalescent homes, rest homes, adoption agencies, health care, counseling, job training, housing, employment, homes for the aged and handicapped, orphanages, health clinics, recreation area, guidance centers, and research for the betterment of mankind
