The word "DAYSTAR" in all capitalized, black, bold, stylized letters, with the letters "D" and "S" in a slightly larger font; and, the word "TECHNOLOGIES" placed directly beneath "DAYSTAR" in black, bold, stylized letters in a smaller font than "DAYSTAR"; with a drawing partially above and to the left of the "D" in "DAYSTAR" so that a portion of the "D" is colored white and lies within a circle depicting a globe with a standing human figure pictured from the mid-thigh and above, centered in the circle, arms stretched upward and away from the figure with the left arm positioned at ten 'clock and the right arm positioned at one o'clock within the circle, with the right and upper thirds of the circle in black, and the lower left third in white; with the right side of the body, head, and upper half of the right arm of the figure colored black; and the upper torso and left side of the body and head of the figure colored white, with the exception of the forearm and hand of the outstretched left arm which are black, as they serve as the center of a rising white sun ascending over the left shoulder of the figure at the one o'clock position of the globe; with three large rays projecting perpendicularly from the upper half of the sun, with two smaller rays placed equally between the large rays; and the interior of the sun containing five small, black, isosceles triangles between each of the five rays within the arc, but leaving a white space surrounding the black, outstretched hand in the center; with the globe circle partially eclipsed in the upper right by the white sun circle.
