education of the American Public about election law; training of individuals to safe-guard elections in their community; to monitor elections at the local, state, and national levels to assure they are conducted with the highest degree of integrity; to identify weaknesses in current law that contribute to voting fraud; to conduct independent investigations of alleged voting fraud in accordance with protocols established by the national Governing Board of VIP, Inc.
