community outreach and rural organizing consulting services, namely, providing assistant to community groups for the purpose of fostering nonviolent community change and promoting citizen output, involvement and leadership on a wide range of issues including civil rights, environmental justice, peacemaking and progressive social change by developing questionaires on local issues, using trained volunteers to conduct one-on-one interviews to survey opinions about such issues and by analyzing the results of such interviews and surveys to gather information, ideas, find conflicts and common ground and define community goals
