The mark consists of a stylized drawing of a computer which shows a computer screen with a picture of an open book, a key board and a mouse. The drawing is angular and fanciful, giving the impression of a computer, but not actually depicting a real computer. Applicant's computer screen does not have right angles, but curves, as if drawn freehand and cartoon-like. The keyboard gives an impression of a keyboard, but is not at all a drawing of a real keyboard. Similarly, the mouse gives just the illusion of a mouse, and is not the drawing of an actual mouse. Applicant's drawing also does not have a computer processor, disk drive or space bar.
