The mark comprises the appearance of a package including the outline of a paper bag shape having a flat bottom and a folded over closed top; a gold, silver or natural band extending along the width of the closed tops; a slightly irregularly shaped label generally centered on the front side of the bag, the label featuring wording, the head, neck and shoulders of a person holding the food item within the bag, a first place ribbon and a gold hand drawn border around the perimeter of the label; as well as hand-drawn wording above and below the label. The wording on the label and bag is intended to show the placement and stylization, which are claimed as part of the mark, but the particular meaningless combination of letters depicted is not claimed as part of the mark. The hand-drawn lettering above the label identifies the person depicted on the label and the hand-drawn lettering below the label identifies the food item located within the package. The hand-drawn lettering within the label below the drawing indicates a food cooking contest and the year of the contest.
