The applicant seeks a concurrent use registration for the mark. The applicant claims the exclusive right to use the mark in the entire United States, except for King and Lewis counties in the state of Washington. The applicant believes the concurrent user to be David Moorehead and Susan Moorehead, husband and wife, doing business as Onalaska Brewing Co., with offices at 248 Burchett Road, Onalaska, Washington 98570 (hereinafter referred to as "Onalaska Brewing"). The applicant believes that Onalaska Brewing is the owner of the mark RED DAWG and that it uses said mark in connection with ale in the above noted counties in the state of Washington. The applicant believes that Onalaska Brewing began use of the mark RED DAWG on said goods sometime after 1992, with such use being made by applying the mark to labels affixed to the goods.
