approval services, namely providing clients with regulatory and consulting advice with regard to the licensing, taxing, placement, use and public policy issues dealing with gaming and lottery devices and associated equipment for use in a particular state, federal or Indian jurisdiction; developing and consulting in the preparation of casino control acts and other regulatory rule-making with regard to the conduct or administration of gambling; assisting jurisdictions in the preparation and administration of requests for proposals (RFPs) as they relate to the proposal of electronic gaming and/or lottery equipment; assisting jurisdictions in the project management and implementation of new gaming regulations; providing expert testimony in cases relating to gambling; providing table game opinions and rules of the game opinions as they relate to the conduct of live gambling; preparation of auditing and security plans with respect to the running of lotteries and casino games; auditing of lotteries and casino games; and testing, inspecting and approving the functionality of gaming and lottery devices and associated equipment for use in a particular state, federal or Indian jurisdiction
