The mark is a stylized combination of the three first letters of the company name, namely "T", "P", "C" whereby the "T" top bar is circled down and back to the vertical bar of the "T" creating a "P" whereby the bottom part of the horizontal part of the "P" is extended beyond the vertical bar, circled down and back toward the vertical bar to form a "C" all of which are then angled or tilted to the right. A set of double lines enables adding color and shadowing. "THE PERFORMANCE COMPANY" is placed beside the mark to identify the company name. Under the company name is a summary statement in italics stating the company mission - managing change for results.
