Since the drawing is almost as large as the size requirements allow and it contains a color area which is so narrow that a clear indication of the color lining is impossible, applicant requests the examiner to waive the color lining requirements for the darkened space within the letters of "ROYALE" and in the crown. TMEP 806.06. The darkened areas of the letters and in the crown are actually the same green color surrounding the crown and the letters. The colors are claimed as feature of the mark.
