The certification mark, as intended to be used by persons licensed by applicant, certifies that the specific goods or services listed above in association with which it is intended to be used are of the following defined standards: (a) the drycleaning process is conducted and performed in such a manner that the levels of perchloroethylene emissions are below a level expressed on a time-weighted average in parts per million, with said level to be as established from time to time by the applicant, and at a minimum will certify that governmental regulation requirements with respect to perchloroethylene emissions are complied with; (b) the drycleaning process utilizes apparatus approved by the applicant for perchloroethylene control and equipment approved by applicant for perchloroethylene monitoring; (c) the drycleaning process is carried out in a plant in respect of which a certification agreement has been signed with applicant.
