The mark consists of the exterior configuration of the fishing butt, namely combination handle and reel seat for salt-water big-game trolling and stand-up rods, as shown in the drawings, including the elongate handle having a frustoconical rear portion that tapers divergently forwardly toward the cylindrical reel seat, and that, substantially before it reaches such reel seat, merges with a transition portion the surface of which is a surface of revolution about the axis of the fishing butt and progressively reduces in diameter as the reel seat is approached. The reel seat includes a rear hood that is always adjacent the handle and that has a forwardly divergent outer surface. Elements shown in dashed lines are not part of the trademark.
