education and entertainment services; namely, services rendered in connection with honoring outstanding sportsmen, authors, painters, sculptors, photographers, and others who have contributed to the preservation and conservation of migratory waterfowl by issuing awards, operating a museum and library for the display and distribution of historical items, hunting weapons, books, films, video tapes and like items with which to educate the public concerning waterfowl, and honoring outstanding breeds of dogs that have been trained to assist in the hunting and pursuit of waterfowl
