The mark consists in part of the letters "IMT". The letters are bold and arranged horizontally above the center line of the mark and spaced evenly. Depicted immediately below is a mirror image of the same letters in a finer line quality. In the lower half the letters will appear upside down. This arrangement is canted to the right, both upper and lower at an angle proportional to the marks over all size. The letters are set against, and with in a background that is a top view silhouette of a common power boat or bullet shape. The shape is pointing to the left. The left hand side comes to a point by means of a curve that starts on the center line and runds to the right approximately one third the distance of the overall length to the maximum horizontal dimension of the mark, at this point it intersects two parallel lineations above and below the center line that are equidistant and continue to the left approximately two thirds the over all length, at this point they intersect a vertical lineation located at the extreme right of the mark.
