THE PRODUCT CONSISTS OF A BROAD BELT THAT IS FORMED WITH AN ATTACHED ELASTIC CORD INCLUDING MEANS FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF THE DEVICE TO A DOOR KNOB OR OTHER SUITTABLE STATIONARY OBJECT. WHEN USED, AN INNER PART OF THE BELT IS WRAPPED COMPLETELY AROUND THE WAIST OF THE USER AND TUCKED UNDER AN OUTER PART OF THE BELT; THE ELASTIC CORD IS THEN ATTACHED TO AN ANCHOR. THE USER MOVES AWAY FROM THE ANCHOR UNTIL TENSION IS ACHIEVED ON THE ELASTIC CORD AND THEN COMMENCES TO PERFORM JOGGING EXERCISES AGAINST THE TENSION OF THE CORD. USE OF THE DEVICE PROVIDES EXERCISE FOR THE USER AND, DUE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BELY, REDUCES THE SIZE OF THE USER'S WAIST.
