Whereas, Registration No. 914,620 has been involved in Concurrent Use Proceeding No. 495, Door Store, Inc. v. Furniture-In-Parts Corporation; and Whereas it has been determined that registrant's rights in the mark shown in said registration for the services specified therein are superior only in that area of the United States comprising the States of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Jersey; and Now, therefore, it is ordered that said registration be, and the same hereby is, restricted to the States of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Jersey in accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Trademark Act of 1946.
